Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions do not apply.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $400 for two pets.
Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet.

Pets are welcome at SunStone Apartments for rent in Chapel Hill, NC Enjoy making new memories in your one or two bedroom apartment for rent with your loyal companion. We want our residents to live the best possible life with their pets by their side in our pet-friendly community.
